Re: Bluegill dropped below deck
when I was 8yrs old a buddy and myself went fishing in the stream up in the woods and caught 10 shiners (we used to call them chubs). By the time we got home with all of them dangling from our fish chain thing we were bored and wanted to do something else. We dropped the 10 fish in the yard and grabbed our bikes for a ride. We forgot about the fish for weeks. One day we were walking around the yard and smelled something nasty. Oh my!!! It's the Chubs! All the bodies were gone except the fish heads were still intact on the chain. My friend (who was bigger than me) grabbed the chain and swung it over his head twirling it around chasing me around the neighborhood. It was as scary as being chased by leatherface! Anyway, point is that the body may disappear but the fish head will remain and stink long time! I do agree with the above mentioned point that at least it's not under the couch.
Sorry about the lengthy story...but it was traumatizing!
