Blower Motor Venting Question

I have a 1974 9teen that I've been restoring the last year. The blower motor and venting need to be replaced. I'm trying to find out how to run the hose as the venting is completely gone. There is a green colored plexi glass covering a hole on the starboard side, see attached picture. I don’t think that is where the exhaust side of the hose would go. Especially since there is no way to attach the hose to the exhaust ducts on the transom or gunwales. There is no way to access either the port or starboard side vents as there are no access points behind the rear seats. If anyone can share a diagram or a picture on how theirs is routed, it would be greatly appreciated. Bonus points if you know what that hole and green plexi glass plate are for?

Thanks for the reply. I have had a few people, in other forums, tell me they had the same plastic piece on their 9teens. I knew those were the vents, and it make sense to remove the plastic to get air circulation. I don't believe the exhaust vent line would go through that hole, as you can potentially fill that empty space with gas fumes. The only vent is the one located on the transom in the center. That vent has no way of attaching a vent line. I'll probably need to rig something up. I was hoping someone had a few pictures to share.
