That inside the fuel tank?
Fuel pickup tube in gas tank delaminated?
Was the fitting blocked too at all?
Some low psi pumps have a screen in the front side of them that could collect debris so if the issue continues you may need to inspect that area too but seems less likely at this point as you tested in front of the low psi pump already.

When you get it all fixed and running good, report your further findings and fuel specs for the next member looking for help out there.

I checked the low pressure pump and it was very clean. I plan on replacing the anti siphon valve as well. I will be sure to report back
