Hey everyone, I just brought my new 2011 Q7i home yesterday. I am wondering if anyone knows where I can find a letter number kit for the boat id number on the side to match the Black Cherry. If not what color would go good with it. Thanks

Re: Black Cherry Number/Letter kit

Congrats on the new boat! I have the same year and model boat..have you taken it out yet?

One thing I would suggest is putting a hour meter your boat. These Tahoe's do not come with one and you can have one installed at your local dealer. The first servicing is at 20 hours..lI talked to the mechanic and they have an hour meter that runs off of the plugs so it does not rack up the hours when the boat is not running. When the dealer hooks it up to the computer they will be able to tell how many hours it has on it but that is about it.

I am looking for lettering for our boat too so let me know what you find...I have seen places online that do all sorts of custom lettering, hold flake etc. but they are expensive.

Good luck

Thanks, I think I am going to add an hour meter for sure. Any other good things to add? I have a Bimini and a cover.

I wish I had a bimini!!! I found out they are $1500 from Tracker! I am actively looking for one for this coming summer. I am also going to add some smart tabs and hope to video the process when I get around to purchasing them.

I liked the look of the chrome "big" Tahoe letters on the side of the late 2010 and upwards, called the dealer as I was going to upgrade the foam filled ones to the chrome - well $125 each side.................guess not then............

I ended up finding a place online called The Sign Chef. They had a color called purple red that matched pretty good. It was about $70 for the set but it looks nice. I think that is a lot to pay for stickers but they will be on there as long as I own the boat.
