Can this be repaired and if so is it even worth it?

Welcome to iboats.

Could be repaired, not easily.
Could be patched if leaking is a concern.
Worth it? That would be your decision.

If I was worried about large amounts of water coming in, I would cover it with a thin coat of 3m 5200 and forget about it.

My duckboat has .22 caliber holes in it. The po had simply put ss bolts in the holes with sealer. I bought the thing from him 35 years ago. Gives the boat charter. I still might fix it but it don't leak.

you might just get a brass hammer, and an aluminum or brass block and gently beat those divits flat. If you have little pin hole leaks I would do the epoxy fix as well.
