Re: Bill O'Reilly's troubles

How exactly do you force someone into phone sex? Just wondering..... That's what the initial report on WNBC said.

I just finished reading through most of the document. Will be interesting to see how this one pans out.

I know, mrbscott, you're loving it even it it is not true. I have no doubt that you believe it without reservation.

I for one am sickened whichever way it pans out. If it is true it shows a real sickness amongst our countries powerfull personalities. If it is not true, it is even more dispicable as an desperate attempt for the Socialist Left to grab power at any cost.

He must be a pretty good talker, to hold her so mesmerized that she just sat there listening until he finished.

That's like robbing someone over the phone.

Could she not hang up?

She was supposedly taping some of the more vulgar conversations. No better proof than that. We will see. The document also says she told him many times that she wasn't interested. Not to mention this guy is married and had admitted to phone sex with other young women. I would think a moral group such as most of all of you would not tolerate this kind of behavior. But instead, all I see are people trying to defend him simply because of his political affiliation or because of which network he works for. I stand by my original statement. He is a dirty old man.

Ok Mrbscott,
If its true( "IF" ) Then yes hes a pervert and a loser for being a cheater. But I have to wonder why this is big news.....hmmmmm...... could it be this person who took part of these aledged dirty conversations is sueing him for, I thought I heard 60 mil. If its true just because hes a perv doesnt make his political beliefs wrong just like the left would like to make sure Clinton is not looked down on for his lewinsky episode, even though it was about the lie more than the action. It will be interesting to see how this plays out and if its true how he deals with it..

I don't get it. What a person does in the privacy of their own home is their busness. Ones sexual orientation is no better than anyones else's.

Mrbscott, are you a heterophobe? Is your sexual preference better than everyone else's? Who are you to Judge? :p

Liberal responses are so much fun!!!! ;)

And I quote.
"Attorney seeks tapes of conversations
O’Reilly’s lawyer, Ronald Green, said he believes there are tapes of conversations between the two and asked a court to compel Mackris to produce them so they could be played publicly.

"I know that he does not fear what is on the tapes," Green said.

Morelli would not comment on whether any taped phone conversations exist."

I am defending no one because of political affiliation. I am defending him because of the fact that Fox has produced an email she sent last month saying she liked working there.

Fox produced an e-mail Mackris sent to a friend last month, saying things are "wonderful, amazing, fun, creative, invigorating, secure, well-managed, challenging, interesting fun and surrounded by really good, fun people. I'm home and I'll never leave again."

Read the Article

I just think I will wait until some more facts are in before I crusify the man.

Re: Bill O'Reilly's troubles

So tell me SBN, do you think he acted in any unappropriate way towards that woman, or is he just caught in the middle of some misunderstanding?

Re: Bill O'Reilly's troubles

I think the woman and her lawyer have an axe to grind with Fox and O'Reily to be honest.

If they have the tape, by all means produce it and be done with it.

If he did this, then yea, he was wrong and since she was working for Fox/Bill, then they/he should stand accountable for their/his actions.

Re: Bill O'Reilly's troubles

Let's see.

She said, he said.... classic situation.

Air the tape, case closed. No tape, continue the she said, he said for months and get bad Fox press that all the other lagging news networks will surely run evry hour on the hour.

I watch the factor, don't always agree with O'reilly just find the show interesting. If he did this, I'd be surprised and dissapoited, and O'reilly professional career is over. If Bill is innocent, she should be punished severely. I'm riding the fence on this one at the moment, you just never know when sex is involved... some people can really surprise you and be quite hypocritical. i.e. Catholic Priests, Jerry Falwell, American Presidents, etc.
