Bilgeliner Stringer Question

When I pulled the stringer from the hull, there was another piece under to make up for the strake.<br />Should I scribe my stringer to fit? or do two piece ???

I made mine a single piece. I also went to 2x instead of the factory 1x also.<br /><br />-Roger
