Hi All, I bought a 2007 wellcraft fisherman 180 recently, I tested the bilge pump by turning on the switch on the console panel, but no noise heard, the horn and the live well switches work since they both can make noise, I am trying to locate where the bilge pump is, attached please find the picture I took at the end of the boat in the stern area, which is next to the outside drain plug, is this the bilge pump with the green handle on the right side? if it is, what is the other object next to it with white label on the left side?

also from the user's manual I downloaded from the web for fisherman 180, it says:

All 12-volt power is distributed to the 12-volt accessories
through individual circuit breakers located in the head
compartment near the battery switch.

so where is the head compartment located? I can see the 12V battery located inside here, is that the head compartment? I feel confused since usually the circuit breakers are located underneath the center console control panel.

The user manual should ID the head compartment or it isn't much a user manual. Better find it before taking any females for a boat ride.

Some center consoles have a head under the center console if the boat is large enough.

Ok, got you, you meant it is the toilet area inside the console, my boat does not have toilet, it is a 18ft boat, but it does has the open cave-like area, some wires come through from the panel. but the confusion comes from the battery switch, which is actually located in the back under one of seats near the battery.

Thanks very much for your response.

Battery with should be located as close to the battery as possible.

The picture is your live well pump.

Bilge pump is typically under the splash well. Accessible through a deck plate.

Main accessories panel is usually inside the helm/cuddy. Look on bulkhead inside helm console

IMG 9684 is either your bait pump or raw water wash down pump. It sits above the seacock which you press the lever until it's horizontal to shut off the water intake. Does your bilge pump have a float switch? If so you won't hear anything unless there's enough water in the bilge to raise the float switch in the auto mode. The white thing to the left of the pump is your fuel/water separator filter.
Does the bilge pump switch have an auto and manual position? The gray thing in IMG 9677 says livewell, you'll need to trace the hoses to see what it is and where it goes.
