I just gassed up the johny on the ranger for an outing tomorrow. $80.00 thank goodness W is watching out on the price gouging. No problem for me and should keep some of the poor folks out of the way on the lake. Prices drop and everyone will be out fishing!!!!

FYI, It isn't W's job to police oil prices, we live in a free market. It is his job to see that it remains a free market. You are thinking this is a socialist government. (Not very republican) His only response should be to remove politically motivated boutique fuels and lower some taxes. Imagine that, lower some taxes. Hey, I like the sound of that. I think I will pass it along. <br /><br />Take a pill, and throw some spinner baits. You will live longer. <br /><br />27 gallons @ $3.00/gal = $81 With that in mind and the standard profit in a gallon of gas you paid around 5 to 7 bucks to the profits of the oil companies on your 80 dollar purchase. Hardly worth this thread.

TX I went to the Oil Museum in Midland yesterday. In the hall of fame room are lots of pictures of guys just like You wont to be. , Ya gotta long way to go to catch up with the bushs ect. Just a thought, Was Howard Hughes a Democrat? they had his picture hid behind a lamp
