I have a 1997 Honda 50 HP with over 4000 hours. Getting about a cup of gas in the oil on 3 to 4 hours trolling.
The compression is 100 on all 3 cylinders and only varies 5 #s on a wet test.
The engine idle is still consistant as it has been in the past.

I checked the fuel pump and the inner seal is fine. Been using 10W30. Plugs are not fouled. Fuel not leaking from the Carb throats. Salt water enviroment with water temp in low 60's

Were else can fuel enter the oil?

Thanks for any help

Check your T-stat, to make sure it is not stuck in the open position. If it is, the motor does not warm up and you get incomplete combustion. Excess fuel goes into crankcase.
