Help! I have a BF200A Outboard that I can not figure out. It Starts and Runs great until it gets to about 3200 RPM. Then it starts to buck on and off and will not pick up any more speed. I have changed fuel sources, Changed all filters including the VST. Checked High Pressure Fuel pressure and it has 74psi @ idle. I'm beginning to think it might be an ignition problem? Please Help!
