Re: Best tralier guides? Please advise

I have a problem with seeing my trailer while backing up to load / unload the boat.
I guess you mean when you start to reverse the empty trailer down the ramp?
I find that I can tell where my trailer is going by watching the winch post.

That rig should be plenty wide to see in the side mirrors on the truck, but if all you need is a way to see the trailer while backing, add a Launch n Load to the trailer.

Sold at Bass Pro.

Uncle Willie - Have you used that cam system you linked to ebay? If so how good is the picture quality and can you upload a picture or two on how you got it mounted?

I have not tried it.
I am looking at their PLCM35 system. (Different Camera)
The wired cameras seem to get good review.
The Wire-Less Cameras get marginal reviews.

I plan on hooking it up Non-Permanently.
Powered continuously by a 12v power plug. (Cigarette lighter.)
I plan on mounting the camera on a magnetic base.
That way I can reposition the camera to the roof of the truck while on the road to watch the boat and following traffic.
Kind of like an extra rear view mirror.
