Best place to buy marine carpet or vinyl

Been looking around trying to compare apples to apples but its kinda tough, anyone have a lead on good customer service with a great price and quality product for marine carpet? I'd like to get some samples so I can match what I have in my cuddy seeing as Im leaving all that carpet in there and replaceing from the cuddy door back and both gunwhales. Im having a hard time figuring out what weight carpet is in there and the color match, hence the samples...Thanks...Lee

Hi there I have used the indoor outdoor carpet from lowes and home depot on two of my boats and I never had a problem. I know it dose not come in a lot of colors but its mold resistant.

If you are checking out over the web, then most of the carpet suppliers will mail out samples. O verton s carry marine carpet and mail out samples. I got some. If you have those samples it's also easier to compare the outdoor carpet at the HD and Lowe's.

Lowes has indoor/outdoor carper for about 6-7 bucks a foot (12' wide). I just bought some for the gunwales and it looks really really good. I bought some of the Nautilex Marine Vinyl flooring for the deck since i hate the idea of soggy carpet. Got the stuff in the mail last week and it looks great. I bought from eBay only to find it on Defender.com the next day for cheaper. It is great stuff though and super easy to clean...

WOG, I really dont want it either but I have carpet on the cuddy bulk head and throughout the cuddy already just figured id make it like it was. Id really like to go with gelcoat with skid resistance as I think it would be way cheaper and operfect for a fishing boat application. Im just nopt sure how well of a job I could do and make it look nice!

ok I found the cheapest guy around for carpet, 20oz ,rubber backed,cut pile. www.MarineCarpeting.com these guys helped me out tremendously.
