Best Backup app for Android 3 phone?

I'm in the need of a good whole phone backup application for the Droid 3 phone. Looking at the My Backup Pro and Titanium Backup Pro (both purchase apps).

Anyone have a preference for a full phone backup (aka contacts, SMS, Attachments, 3rd party apps, etc)?

McAfee has a great utility (Secure Wave) or something similar. It will allow you to back up everything, you can save and print text messages, it has gps tracking for you phone if it's lost of stolen, will send alerts to a friend/family member if a different sim card is inserted, and all-around good security and backup. It's $30/yr (IIRC).
