We get a visit from three or four of these every morning. This is about ten yards from the back fence. Ever seen healthier lookin' coyotes?

They love these little red berries (I don't know what they are). Mrs. QC wanted to tie the branches down to let them get at the higher ones, and I told her they'd figure it out. Little did I know they could flippin' climb trees . . . :D

Bear and Maggie are really PO'd about the whole deal. If we want to get them out back we just have to say "Coyote" and it's a done deal :D

QC, only really healthy Coyote I've seen has been through a blood letting ritual. I think it must clean out the impurities. ;) :) ;)

Haven'y seen a healthy coyote around here in 3 years. All have mange so bad that they are a bunch of skinny bald scabby rodents. Kind of like RF's avatar only larger.
Not even worth the bullet to put them down.

Yeah, that's what I am used to. These guys hop fences and get dog food, plus there seems to be a lot of Lost Kitty signs around here . . . ;)

The coyotes on The Hideout are at least as healthy lookin' as that critter. Fat and bushy. Must be all the persimmons they eat. Their scat is always full of persimmon seeds.

(228)

The only coyotes I see are reeeeally skinny with tire tracks all over 'em.

They're quite patient though, one's been lying on the side of I-55 for days now.

spots

Great photos. I saw a fox up in my plum tree once. It was eating, and a buck was eating what hit the ground. Of course I didn't have a camera. It was pretty neat to watch the fox feed the deer

I thought the coyots prefered cats. I know my reliticks in Southern Cal loose a couple a year if they don't make it in the house by dark.

Girl across the street got shredded kitten for Christmas a couple of years back. Dad scared them off and they left behind a lot of evidence :(

Like JB said, there is a lot of evidence of these berries if you don't watch where you step . . . ;)
