bell houseing bolt frozen

hi all
this is one for the books, tring to get the bell housing off so i can change the shift cable and bellows
left side bolt came out fast(2 min) right side is frozen. rented the tool from my local marine shop(will
have to buy a new one and return to them) i have tried everything and anything i know, since i am
a plumber opening rusty stuff is in my nature, this is the worse i had in my life i spend about 10 hr
on it yesterday and let me tell you, i got the the point of almost crying. a full can of wd40, heating
with torch, broke 1 husky big rachet, 3 reducing adapters, 2 cracked 1/2 sockets and the list goes
on, also tried a pipe ranch with ext pipe to get leverage, nothing. i have killed the actual tool i rented
when i used the pipe ranch on it. this morning i find myself scratching my head thinking what else
can i do. as you are reading this i am still looking at the bolt (at this point we are both frozen ha ha)
i cant move forward with rhe project, its being held by one screw, screw that..... HELP.
i am hopping for a fix without having to kill the bell housing ($300-$500)
i know someone knows something, HELP.

Heating the bellhousing (not the gimbal ring) with a oxy/acet (not a portable map or propane) torch along with the proper tool, with a long 1/2" breaker bar and impact socket, and it will come off.
