Ditto ...fuel restriction....find your fuel/water separator and remove it...see if you have gunk at the top of the filter where the inlets are for the fuel to the filter. Clean fuel comes up from the middle where the threads are.... The other possibility is that you have condensation in the vent tubes and the vent tubes are sutuated to form a P-trap...The fuel pump may not be able to pull that water into the tank thus can't suck the fuel until there is a vent. I have had both conditions at various times.
