Ken, good idea. Only one problem: changing to a later opening time will only make them late at a later time of day. People who are habitually late are that way because they fail to set and keep priorities. Some do this because they aren't able to get organized but there are also those who are just plain ignorant and do it because they can. Nope, not your fault, and can't blame you for your frustration.<br /><br />But I remember something a previous boss told me once. "Most people would rather be right than be successful".
