Do all marine toilet have a Macerator pump. Its Jaesbo toilet,if so does it activate automatically? Should i be able to hear it?

Not all have them, if you do there should be a switch to activate it either in the head or the electrical panel. You will hear it.

No the shower drain should have a separate bilge pump located in small plastic container that catches the crud before it hits the bilge. No macerator pumps on boats that are on fresh / inland waters. If it had one ,in all likelyhood you would have a valve to open when using it and close it when done. Waste should go into a holding tank , then pumped out of the tank via the macerator pump sometime before it fills up.Don't be afraid to trace wires , hoses and whatever else on your own.

No macerator pumps on boats that are on fresh / inland waters.

There are plenty boats in fresh water that have the macerator . They have a "y" valve inline, wich if in fresh water must be locked in position to not allow waste to pump overboard.
