Bayliner Capri steering problem AQ131A

Hello again, so I finally got my boat on the water yesterday and it started right up and seemed to do ok. Still having a problem with it stalling when I put it in gear and give it some gas, but from what I read it is partially because the engine was cold. I got it to run and we were of to do some fishing, but there were more in store. For some reason the boat will not go straight. It wants to go left and when I compensate a little to get it to go straight all of a sudden it goes to the right. I had to keep going back and forth, and needless to say the trip was cut short (a little hard to navigate). This is my first boat and I am not too familiar with boats. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Those Bayliners with the Volvo are known for not tracking straight. If the steering bonnet and yoke is loose then, then it can be repaired. Even NEW they were difficult. The only remedy is trim tabs.Jerry
