Batter Switch Off, Still Power to Instrument Panel

With the battery switch off, I noticed I now have power to the instrument panel and ignition key accessory post. The only wire connected to power at the switch (not the COM) is to the auto bilge pump (As per wiring diagram 99 Sea Ray 260).

Could the battery switch be bad or is it possible for power to be somehow circling back to the instrument panel ? Thanks in advance for your input.

Either this or there is a positive lead for dash/accessories wired directly to a battery

Pull the cable (positive) to the switch off the battery.
If the problem goes away you have an issue with the switch.
If the problem persists, you have a "hot wired" circuit somewhere, typically the house battery

Hi. Is it possible you have two battery isolators. One for leisure domestic battery and one for starter battery ?

Yes the bilge is hot wired to post 1.

Not dure if it's on all the time will check. If it is, is it shorting something out?
