Bass Tracker Jet rehab project...need help!

Hi. I am in the middle of a boat rehab project. Last night I removed all the wet-soaked spray foam from the bottom of the boat. I'm not an engineer but there doesn't seem like much thought was put into how the water will drain to the back. I'm looking for options on what to do next to make 100% sure that water will flow properly to the back of the boat. I could just put down spray foam again, but I won't have addressed the issue with how the water gets to the back...know what I mean?

Any/all thoughts & ideas are greatly appreciated...thanks! Before/after pictures included.
