back to back seats

Have a 67 starcraft can't get the seats out to recover. Bolts are stripped and just turn any suggestions on getting these out. The boat has been sitting since 2006 and is a restoration project but neet some information please

if the floor is solid and you are not replacing it just use a grinder and grind the head off the bolts, then move the brackets and use lag bolts to reattach them.
