Recent purchase of a 1971 Glastron Bayflight V-164
I was hoping someone could direct at where to find manuals for this boat.
Or... where to start.

Its a GM 4 cylinder, that I know. There looks to be a lot of info available

Yup, that's a mercruiser. You can use the selock manual for a knee pad if you like. Get the correct factory manual please.

I can't help much but can say there are no manuals for boats, as frustrating as it is. You need to get the specific unit you have questions about and send away, download or ask here.

Your engine serial number indicates it probably is a 71.
