I think so, here are my thoughts, note that I purposely omitted "soccer-mom" vehicles:

Mazda Miata - woman’s car
Firebird IROC - man's car
Any Lexus SUV - woman’s car
6-cylinder Mustang - girl’s car
Mustang Cobra - man's car
BMW 3-series 4-door - woman’s car
BMW SUV - woman’s car
Jeep Wrangler - man's car
Post-97 Thunderbird - thought it was going to be a woman’s car, but it turned out to be a man's car
Any pickup truck with built-in tool box - man's car
Ford F250 TD dually crew cab - man's car
Mitsubishi Eclipse convertible - woman’s car
Cadillac Escalade - man-who-has-hands-like-a-woman's car

I have a confession to make: I find women driving men's cars sexy.

What else you got?

The "new" Volkswagen "bugs" (with engine in front) that I have seen were primarily "girls" cars.

I have to agree JL, I saw a show on Faith Hill, she was driving a jeep in tight, worn jeans, a short white blouse and a baseball hat...YUM-YUM ;)

Actually girls driving pick-ups isn't a bad thing either.

Re: Are there "girl's cars" and "mens cars"

Well from my own experience, any girl that can actually ride in my Jeep without bi*ching up a storm the whole time is a keeper. ;)

Now a girl that actually wants to drive one...well HEY NOW! :D

Face it - the nice looking chick look nice no matter what they drive. Man's car or Woman's car make no difference. They can wear a guy's clothes and still look good.

I agree jtexas.

I felt uncomfortable in my SIL Miata.

Regarding mid size trucks, I think they go both ways. I drive a Chevy Colorado and I see both men and women drivign them.

Ken

Re: Are there "girl's cars" and "mens cars"

The Cobra concept is definetely NOT a chick car. But, if a woman wants to drive one, more power to her. Women don't have the same high speed death wish that men do.

Any SUV, IMHO, is a chick car. Look around, who drives them? I don't care what Dodge thinks, the Durango commercial with the idiot ignoring his wifes directions is hilarious. She knows the way. He's out of his element driving a "chick" car. No wonder he's confused.

Pickups are still, somewhat, mens domain. Aaaargh, Aaaargh.

Re: Are there "girl's cars" and "mens cars"

I remember the very first commercial I saw for the H2. It was of a soccer-mom-type woman driving through a parking lot to GET GROCERIES  Can you say "overkill"? :D

From that point on I knew...."this is no hummer".
Just like a Jeep, there is only 1 (and the H2 is not it)
