Arco trim tabs stopped working- where to start diagnostics?

Hello, and happy Sunday to everyone! I am hoping someone may be able to help with my trim tab problem. I am quite sure I have an arco system and it recently stopped workin completely- no response of any sort when switches activated- no clicks, motor running- nothing at all. I have checked fuse in instrument main panel and inline fuse at pump- both good for sure (visual and ohmmeter tested). I am not too familiar with this system and was hoping someone could offer some guidance as to where to start with diagnostics. I understand that Bennett systems tend to be much more common and when same symptoms present on these systems, it is often a relay? Not sure if same with arco, or whether my understanding on this is accurate? In any case, I am relatively mechanically inclined and have basic working knowledge of electrical systems ad the tools (multimeter probably most useful in this case) utilized to test them- so just a little guidance and if anyone is really familiar with common issues with these systems, I would be very appreciative of the input as to what I should be looking for. Thanks a bunch and have a great day!!
-Jeff

That is not a trim-tab pump, that is a trim/tilt pump for a Mercruiser outdrive. So are you actually having a trim-tab pump issue? If trim-tabs are your issue I would guess your pump might look like one of these.

Ah, my mistake- sounds like I posted pic of drive trim pump. My drive trim functions perfectly. I am having an issue with trim tabs- they are not functioning at all. There obviously will be two wires each for up and down (for two separate cylinders that function independently of each other). I haven't dug into this at all yet (as evidenced by my pic of wrong pump, apparently (ha! And sorry) and just curious if anyone has experience with resolving same issue and could let me know what was wrong when they did address it. Thanks again everyone!

Sorry, should have followed up with informing that I will update this thread once I get a chance to get back on the boat and poke around to positively identify my pump/trim tab system. I will also check the associated fuse(s) at that time, considering I have apparently only confirmed that fuses are good on my perfectly functional drive trim system... Oops. Thanks again and I will update as soon as I can.

Hello,
Thank you Don S., the images you included helped me ID my unit definitively. I have the insta-trim system with green top. Now that the system is correctly Identified, it was quite easy to locate the associated 20A fuse... Which was clearly open. Replaced fuse, system works great, took 3 mins to fin and fix and cost less than a dollar... Sun shines on a dog's tail once in a while!! Thanks again, guys! I'm grateful for your insight!
Fair Winds for Now,
-Jeff
