aq130c to a 280 OD Matchup

I've got a running aq130c/270 in a rotten boat, and I got a firm boat with a crap aq130d/280 I would like to match the 130c to the 280 OD. Is she gonna just slide right in or are there any technical complications. The motors look about identical except the D model has a sea water strainer.

Shouldn't be any problems.

The rear engine flange on both AQ130's should identical, and should fit either flywheel cover and drive.
The drive ratio will be 2.15:1 for this motor.
