Aq130/270 Exhaust grommet removal

Hi,
My exhaust grommet is broke, so i want to replace it.
How do i remove it ?
Can't seem to find anything about this in the manual.

Remove the drive and exhaust bellows, remove the engine (with flywheel housing attached), remove the 4 bolts holding the tube (Grommet) in and pull it out from inside the boat.

I was hoping there was a solution whithout removing the engine
