......... is letting the 4 game suspension stand. Brady will be sitting next fall. I still say, eliminate the rule and let QBs put the ball pressure to whatever they want. Does NASCAR have a min/max tire pressure rule?

I still say that Brady is the scapegoat...

There are at least 20 others on the team that had to know the ball(s) were purposefully under-inflated (if they were)
Equipment maintainers
Coaches
Centers
Receivers

ANYONE on the team or staff that handled the balls.

That means THE WHOLE TEAM had to be in on it.

That means to punish just one person is bogus.

So... suspend the whole team or nobody.

Yes, Nascar does have tire pressure rules. The teams are required to follow Goodyear's guidelines for the tires/pressures used on a track and are issued before every race. Remember the bleeder valves and bleeder punctures brougham early last season?

Wonder what appeal steps the NFLPA has left?

Yeah, I knew that GA, now that you mention it...... Lol I still stand behind that rule the NFL has is stupid.. Let them put the pressure to whatever they want, then each QB will have the perfect ball.....

I think Brady has the money to go see the Supremes. Does he have the patience and what happens if he retires before it gets that far?

No new evidence cannot be introduced. Any appeals ruling is on the evidence supplied in the original lawsuit because the appeals are based on that evidence or judicial error.

As the said by the court;

"Our role is not to determine for ourselves whether Brady participated in a scheme to deflate footballs or whether the suspension imposed by the Commissioner should have been for three games or five games or none at all. Nor is it our role to second-guess the arbitrator's procedural rulings," Judge Barrington D. Parker wrote in the majority opinion. "Our obligation is limited to determining whether the arbitration proceedings and award met the minimum legal standards established by the Labor Management Relations Act."

Who,s talking about court? Now that this is in the news again maybe somebody in that great unbiased institution of journalism will think what else has he done? You know how it is .Not really right as far as im concerned, but you know how self righteous those perfect people can be.

I don't see why the courts are in this. He plays for the NFL and he broke a rule. Some of their rules are dumb but they are what they are. If you don't like it don't make millions playing in the NFL.

4 Games for Brady and a draft choice from the team. Seems about right, not like the Patriots have been caught cheating in the past right.....

It's a multi billion dollar business. Not just football.

Besides, during football season it's almost life itself. Between college and the NFL, I think there are only couple days a week I'm not watching. Believe me, I hear it from the wife, briefly.....

I used to get big into fantasy football but it kind of ruined the experience of watching so now I just watch whatever games are on. GO HAWKS!

It shouldn't even be in court. It would be like a NASCAR driver going to court because their car didn't pass inspection after a race.

And the driver was suspended for 8 races. Then it may land in court......
