Aplha One Outdrive maintenance

What is the procedure for changing the fluid in my outdrive? What is the fluid called? Does it have a special name? It's attached to a 1997 Excel Wellcraft boat with a Mercruiser 4.3LX Gen+ engine W/Aplha One outdrive. Is there any special tool required? Where does the fluid drain from, and how do you replace it? Thanks in advance.

Thanks Don, as always. Exactly what I needed. What is a lubricant pump though?

Merc sells a small pump that pumps the gear lube out of a quart container. It screwes into the bottom of the drive and allows you to pump the gear lube into the drive.
