Anyone own a Helix 5 GPS Chirp3 Head. I have a question.

Does anyone here have the Helix 5 fish finder, I have a question. My unit only came with the transducer wire and the accessories/power wire that hook into the back of the head. The middle input wire on the back of the head where it says com wasn't in the box. Was I supposed to get that wire, or is it a separate purchase.

That center one is a COM port: it's a way to hook up to certain GPS antennas and/or a computer to do updates and transfer data (you can also do this by using a SIM card). It's optional to use - so the cable doesn't come with it.

I think he meant SD Ram card. That's what I used to update mine.
