Anyone know what year is this outboard?

evinrude 135 hp model 135683G serial JOOO3200 . i haven't ran it for a year and a half ,<br /> now i can't seem to get it started. All spark plug wire firing, so i'm getting fire , i pump the gas ,<br /> but won't start. it only turns by the starter.. my guess is, its not getting gas. What is it?

Hi Shot<br />You have a 1976 model. Get a spray bottle and squirt some pre-mix in the carbs. If she fires, service fuel system. After a year and a half better get a manual and service the hole unit. Might as well take a day or two and do it now, or spend the rest of the summer cussing at the lake. good luck. have fun.
