Im going to start building a scat cat soon. Anyone ever build one ??

Not that particular model, but yes I've built hydros before.
Here's my current baby which has outlasted all the others.
I have plans for a 14' Ben Hur I need to get started on if I ever get ahead of some other projects.
Also, working with a friend on his 2.0 liter hydroplane.
That's a pretty light design, half the scantlings and ribs in the ones I've built.
What HP are you planning on using?

Do you run that boat in APBA santioned events? I like the nose design. Very nice boat. What make and model is it? Did you build it? If so where did you get the plans.
