Any ideas on building I/O engine enclosure

I redoing a 16ft fiberglass I/O runabout. I have the seats, carpet and sides pretty much done. Now I want to build an engine enclosure. I think I want seats on either side of it. But its all open to debate. <br />Any ideas, plans, discription or photos?<br />I'll try to include a couple pics of my boat for reference and showing off.

I did roughly the same thing. I already the seats around the cover but wanted to lower the top of cover to match the top deck of boat. Pretty simple actually. I have yet to finish but am going to glass the wholoe thing over and add insulating foam to the underside. Just sprays on and expands the form the sound and temp insulating.
