I have a 25 mercury serial number 8822881. what year is this. Was told it was 82 .had problems starting recently. Bought it a month ago and it started fine. I been mixing gas 50-1 is this correct.any ideas to get it running better.Also does it hurt it to try and crank it without water running in it.Please help I am new to owning a boat and need help
