I have had my Q7i SF for a little over two years now. The seats have the flip up bolsters. In the first year, both seat bottoms developed large cracks in them from riding with the bolster up. Tahoe, through my local dealer, replaced both seats about a year ago. They told us the seats were defective and they would take care of everything. This past weekend, I discovered cracks in the bottom of both seats again. Took the boat back to the dealer, and the parts guy said that Tahoe probably wouldn't replace them again. I asked him to give me a price so we could decide what direction we wanted to go if Tahoe refused to replace the seats. $761 + shipping

Anyway, the parts guy called me this afternoon, Tahoe is going to replace the seats again! So to all of the naysayers who say Tahoe doesn't stand by their product, :p

I am 99.99% positive it has to do with the dealer, not Tahoe.

It nice to hear a good Tahoe story. Too much negative make Jack a dull boy. BZ CPO.

I have to agree that it is definitely the dealer where you purchased the boat. Not all dealers are created equal.

Thanks for the update.

I had a problem getting the dealer to register my boat. After two months, I called Tahoe, and between Tahoe and the state DNR, it was done in in no time.
