Anode Bolt???

My 1976 Johnson Seahorse has a rounded anode bolt I believe. It's the bolt on the lower unit holding the little fin or trim tab in place. Can I replace it?

I am sure it can be replaced, but we have to know what engine you have, what is your model number?
