If you get Firefox or Chrome and add the AdBlock Plus plug in it goes away, along with all of the other ads.

I just tried Explorer, and the built in pop-up blocker does not work on the iboats site.

I guess it didn't bother me that much, because I just realized I haven't seen at all it in a couple days. Didn't even notice. I use the latest Firefox if that has any bearing, I don't know.
