JasonJ, your example is outstanding. I don't have any answers on how to administer the programs as well. I would take exception with your population control domestically as we actually are encountering negative population growth when immigration is removed. Of course there are a million plus abortions contributing to that statistic.

Yeah, population control is a sticky one, to be sure. It should be the individuals responsibility to decide how many, if any children should be had. I am no hypocrite, as I had one child, decided one was the limit, and have stuck to that. The wife can't have children, does not want any. If for some unlikely reason this marriage disolved, I would promptly head to the snip doctor. I have propogated the species, passed on my genetic lineage, no need to have a football team of kids.

To counter the abortions, you can't discount the increase in mulitple children born to a single couple due to infertility treatments. Not as many as are being aborted, but it still counts...
