Aluminium Transom repair, anybody done it?

I used the plastic ones. Make sure you cut the length before you install them. A little more difficult once it’s in. Learn from my mistake.

I used aluminum ones. It's not difficult and come out great. I wasn't opposed to plastic just didn't know about them til after mine were ordered

Going to drill a pair of nylon splash well drains next, then Yamaha time
