I requested similar info for my '73 weeks ago...no response to date. Not very responsive support. So, I have received the answer to the date of manufacturing today. Thank you AlumaCraft. What I was thinking was a 1959, which the DMV lists as a 1960 is actually a 1956. Good to know.
Now how do I get a manufactures capacity plate replacement?
I asked by email 3 months ago and then last week I asked again.I requested similar info for my '73 weeks ago...no response to date. Not very responsive support.
I emailed him and asked for a quote...thanks!Garzon Studios online can replicate a capacity plate if you have a good pix of 1. Then you apply there vinyl to an aluminum plate you source/fab on your own.
If you dont have a good reference pix Garzon has several standard plate designs to choose from.
If you have a trophy shop close or a print shop, ask if they can sublimate an aluminum plate for you. Its a print direct to aluminum process, they too need a good reference plate.
Had several dozen plates made for a vintage boat group I was active with.
Look great and arent expensive, <$20. May have to pay a graphic artist to produce the image if you dont have a good 1 to provide. More the $20, probably less then $100 though
