Ok I have been hearing good things about this truck bed liner for years. I seen the finished product on a jeep or two and thought it would be a great finish for my new floor.
I ordered 2 gallons of the stuff along with thier sprayer and thier "mold release spray"(THROW THAT CRAP OUT!!!!). I mixed up a small 1 quart batch and tried to get a feel for the spray gun and make any adjustments (air pressure ect.) This went ok a little heavy on the material but I was able to adjust for it before I ran out of material.
Now for that fancy mold release that I paid $12 bucks for. Ya that crap doesn't work (more on that crap). So after spending an hour cleaning the gun I decide to take another shot at it. I mixed up the last of what I had opened up 3/4 of a gallon. Sprayed the crap out of the gun with the mold release JUNK and loaded up the gun. Everything is spraying out great nice coverage just enough rubber crumb in it. Then disaister! The freaking hopper falls off the gun! I dump 1/2 gallon of this stuff all over a part that i had just finished spraying. I managed to scrape off the big puddle back into the mixing bucket that comes with the kit. I grabbed a foam roller and fixed the spot and dumped what I could save onto the casting deck. I rolled like a mad man for 10 min until it started to set. SO is it good stuff ? I'm likeing the finished product. Its best if rolled on a boat (IMO) dont mix more that a quart. If you buy a "kit" with a spray gun. JUST THROUGH the GUN OUT! That "mold release" is a great lubricant between the gun and the hopper. I lost at least a quart on the ground. I have enough left to finish the project but I'll be rolling it with a foam roller it works fine. I like it way better than carpet. It is rubber. It seals wood. It sticks to fiberglass. You can change the color I'm just using the grey with flatener and the rubber granuals. I'm trying to figure out how to upload photos ???? I have a 17' open bow with recently installed front and rear casting decks along with an 8' rod locker on the port side and a 6' storage locker on the starbord side. Hope this helps with anybody trying it. I didn't find anything on it here while searching the forums so I just thought I would write something up on it in here and answer any questions anybody might have. I did find it on sale for less than $200. $245 with the stupid gun !!!

You should learn to type in paragraph form, would make your ramblings much easier to read... a spell check wouldn't hurt either.

I'm glad this product worked (somewhat for you), I prefer sheet goods vinyl... it provides a more uniform surface with less "guess work" "experimentation", it does however require a higher level of skill to apply than the "paint on" products... but I think it's worth it in the end results.
