Alpha One drive unit

I have a 4.3 in a SeaRay with an Alpha One drive. Bought it used. Is all of the water that goes thru the headers expelled thru the prop?

No - there are relief ports on the transom assembly. (And just to keep everyone on the same page, the exhaust manifolds are generally called manifolds - not headers like a car).
