Alpha 1 Lower Shift Cable And Stalling

I have 1987 3.0 alpha 1. Mine idles fine, but stalls out from interrupter swith in forward but doesnt stall in reverse. Any ideas?

First do the cable adjustments. Then if the interrupt is still engaging, it is time to replace the lower cable.
