OMG, could you imagine not having a pit road speed like they are doing in qualifying in a real race There would be bodies everywhere.

That's why the pit speed limit was introduced following the death of a tire changer in one of the 1990 Atlanta races. Even with a speed restriction look at all the things that still occur.

I understand that, but it's just wild to watch and think about what it would be like with 20 or more cars in the pits at the same time.

Mayhem. Watching some of the old races it's amazing that more crew members weren't maimed. 20 or more cars trying to get in their pit - Oh my. Hard to believe it's been in place for over 20 years.

The race is getting closer! DVR is set...:facepalm: Daughter has prom tonite and I think she wants dear old dad to be there for the coronation. It's just a junior court and, well, she's a junior. She's not part of the court, but, I think she wants to showoff what her class did to host the prom... Sigh..........

Really looking forward to the race and an excuse to stay home.......

All I can do is look at the nascar leaderboard and listen to MRN. No Speed TV here.

So McMurray and Stenhouse transfer. All the rest go home, right?

Ladies and Gentlemen I had to listen to the showdown while I was driving home from my Oldest Daughters Graduation at Colorado State University, and now I am ready for the race!!

Well, my driver is Jeff in the 24, doubt he will win. Best Chevy at the end will be the 48, but if I was putting money on this race, I believe Boyer in the 15 would be the way to go. And I want to be wrong, cause I don't like Toyota.

I have to agree with you, Don. No rookie deserves to be in the All-Star race unless they race in like Stenhouse.
