I was reading something awhile back that was a person that was redoing electrical face back to original factory condition.
that would be solicitation and that is against rules.
However the cost to pay someone to dis-assemble and unwire your dash, restore it, then re-wire and assemble the dash will be pretty expensive.
However once you pull the dash your local plastic shop or sign shop can most likely help
if I recall, the Albermarle dash is just a flat bit holding the gauges to the console. I would make a template, contact your local plastic company, have them router out acrylic, router out the lettering and back-light it.
