Alarm while running boat.

When I run the boat for 5 minutes or so this alarm comes on. Not sure if it's overheating or what it means? It's a 1965 starcraft if that helps. Thanks!

Continuous alarm on my Merc means overheat, or the heat sensor could be bad. Definitely needs looked into !!
