Alarm Sounds at full throttle

Hi everyone, new to the forum and I'm hoping someone can help me please.
2011 F150txr
Finally able to take her out, after about three weeks of her sitting. At first it wouldn't over 4500 rpm, and if I tried to full throttle it, the alarm would go off. Talk to my mechanic and he said the loss of power was due dirty fuel system, but he did not know why the alarm was sounding. Anybody might know the reason why this would happen?

Over temperature or low oil pressure will sound the alarm.

What boscoe99 said. Is it 2 or 4 stroke? How long does it run before the alarm sound? Does the motor go into limp mode? Hows the water flow from the pisser?
