I have a 1986 90 horse Evenrude model number E90TLCDC, and I am getting an alarm sound that is a beep...beep...beep...beep, a series of beeps, when I put the throttle down it stops, but after I get up to speed I loose power, It surges not sputters. I turned the boat off and used the electric to get back to the dock. I think this means low oil, but the tank is full, and I just changed the filter. Any suggestions on what my issue is?
