After warm up engine begins to miss

I have an 82 Mercruiser and after the motor warms up it begins to miss, I have replaced all ingnition parts, point, cap, rotor and to no help. I Removed the tach wire off the coil and that seams to help a little but still misses. If I use the trim while under load it will kill the motor. Please help would like to get back into the water.

welcome to iboats but we could use a lil more infor on the motor like the size and maybe a S/N. To me this sounds like your advanced timming might be off but thats just me with electronics on engines but i dont think that year has very many electronics on the engine.

On my 98 saturn the temps sensor went bad so once the engine got heated up it would miss cause it wasn't trimming it self right. But i dont think thats your problem

I have a 1982 Glastron SX190 with a Mercruiser 260, I don't think it has much for electronics, I have had it to two small marinea's and they have on idea to what is causing it.
